Beans, gemstones of the garden! Has anyone ever cooked Tigers eye? Have you cooked them yet? I used to grow them but never tried cooking them. Wondering what the taste and texture profile is like.

How do you decide which ones to save for next seasons plants!?

SO Pretty! What do they taste like and what do they look like once cooked? Do they keep their coloring?
