Greek Olive Oil Biscuits With Cinnamon – Koulourakia Kanelas & Ladiou

Ingredients
➡️ 1 ½ cups (150gr) powdered sugar
➡️ 1 cup / 250ml olive oil
➡️ ½ cup orange juice
➡️ ½ teaspoon baking soda
➡️ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
➡️ ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
➡️ 1 tablespoon vinegar
➡️ 4 cups / 500gr all-purpose flour
➡️ 1 teaspoon baking powder
➡️ sesame seeds (optional)

Add 150gr of powdered sugar to a bowl. Add 1 cup of olive oil. Mix to combine. Mix 1/2 cup of orange juice with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Add it to the bowl. Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves to the bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Add a pinch of salt. Add a tablespoon of vinegar. Add 4 cups (500gr) of all-purpose flour. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Take a small piece of dough, around 30gr / 1oz. Shape the cookie and then cover with sesame seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C (350F).
