    It’s so beautiful, congratulations and well done!

    You know, I’ve been baking all kinds of bread for decades and I never really felt self-conscious about my skills at all until I came to this sub. Y’all’s first loaves look better than most of my first three months of exclusive sourdough baking, and even now I still turn out the occasional flop loaf that becomes croutons or bread pudding. But it’s also a huge credit that so many sites have done so much work to really demystify baking with levain.
