I don’t know if I belong here seeing mostly brisket in here but I’m finishing up my second batch (slight miscalculation xD) of kiełbasa… need about 10 more degrees internal… but Yeah Hello from Poland.

    Excellent we have a lot of smoke houses in our area that do kielbasa. They just did a recipe that had more marjoram in it that was really good.

    That looks awesome. Three of my four grandparents were from Poland. They all lived in Detroit and when I was young there were little markets around their houses that smoked kielbasa on site. Never could find any that good again.

    I worked in and out of Poland for 2 years when I was a young man. I will say that real Polish Kielbasa is a treat. Well done OP! I loved Polish food when I was working in Warsaw.❤️ 🇵🇱

    My favorite dish was Zurek soup in a bread bowl during the winter.

    Soon as I saw this shot I knew it was a big batch of kielbasa. That is the best of the sausages in my opinion, just above a good piece of kabanosy.
