I built a simple kitchen before the 4th and haven’t tried the rotisserie out. Looking forward to the crispy skin on this bird!

I have the rotisserie attachment for my napoleon but I’ve never got around to using it because I generally do more steaks and wings. This made me want to do sometime soon.
