






Second long one for the kettle I picked up from the side of the road 😁
SPG and Brown Sugar. Only let it set for 30 or so minutes. Definitely should have done it longer. Also, used kosher salt and you could definitely taste it. Felt it added a bit much too the bark. Next time more brown sugar and less salt and pepper.
Still tasted great!

bro you should put the meat on the grill when all of the charcoal is grey otherwise you infuse the meat with all the toxic gases.
