this thing turned out massive (like 6inch diameter idk i was hungry and ate it immediately lol) and honestly tastes amazing like a brownie. made this based off an Instagram recipe i found with some adjustments. My version is:
-20g isopure Dutch chocolate protein powder
-80g fat free Greek yogurt
-15g oat fiber (not tracked)
-10g black cocoa powder
-15g Lily’s semi sweet baking chips
-1/2tsp baking powder
-about 15g monk fruit sweetener (not tracked)
-tiny splash of cashew milk to help combine (not tracked)
Spread in a thin cookie shaped layer on parchment paper and bake at 360f for ~15 minutes
