CEO and co-founder Alessandro Savelli reveals how he set up British brand Pasta Evangelists, which started out as a recipe kit company.
In 2021, it was sold for £40m to the world’s largest pasta company, Barilla, with the three founders staying at the helm.
“For some reason, Italian cuisine does not have an owner in the restaurant space and I think Pasta Evangelists will become this brand.”
