i’m starting a new series where every month I will spin the wheel of countries and whichever country lands on I’ll cook a dish from Today’s country is Greece Okay let’s start So I decided we’re going to cook a traditional Greek dessert which is called lcom which contains flour sugary vanoline salt dry yeast baking powder regular sugar olive oil and lukewarm water Mix with a spoon and then with your hand to break all the small chunks of flour After cover with a towel place it somewhere warm and wait 3 hours for it to rise In the meantime let’s make the syrup You will need sugar water turn on high heat and stir When it starts to bubble reduce to low heat Add the cinnamon stick Whole cloves and stir for 3 to four minutes When it gets cold add rose water Then add vegetable oil in a cup Take your dough and that’s how you will shape the lumad After fill a big pan with vegetable oil turn on high heat and when it gets hot start placing the luke The exact measurements for the recipe are in the description When they turn golden brown take them out Dip them in the syrup And if you want you can put some honey and cinnamon on top And let’s go try them They’re so good crunchy and flavorful Anyway if you want me to continue the series leave a comment
