    Household carbonara – the emulsification is impressive regardless, colour is pretty light due to the (whole) eggs, I assume?

    I make Carbonara variants all the time my favorite is a Japanese spin on it where I use miso paste and dashi with the eggs and smoked Salmon instead of Guanciale.
