Stumbled onto Panya bakery in Japan Village in Industry City in BK! Looks like it just opened!
Was one of my gotos in EV and saddened when that whole set of Japanese restaurants/shops on Stuyvesant Place shut down after Covid (2022?). Focused menu on pastry. Hoping they stick around!
