But in all seriousness, these are the first set of ribs I've made that didn't just completely fall off the bone. Perfect pull, could have maybe gone a FEW more min but for me these turned out great. I was too excited and didn't get a picture with them all sliced up but take my word that they looked good too lol. Cooked at 275 for 2.5 hours then pulled, wrapped with brown sugar, butter, honey and seasoning ( Meat Church Texas Sugar & Hot Honey) for 1 hour 40 min. Easy cook and great lunch. Made on my Woodridge Pro.

Traeger on!

They look good. I just recently made ribs on a Traeger for my first time. Fell off the bone, how did yours turn out?
I gotta say, they are picture perfect. I hope they tasted as good as they look. Great job.
I’m doing almost the same thing for supper! Three St. Louis style racks with Meat Churches Honey Hog BBQ. 235° for 3 hours. Spritzing with 50/50 apple juice/ apple cider vinegar every 45 minutes. Wrap with 1/3 cup apple juice and extra seasoning and cook for 2.5 hours. Unwrap and lightly sauce and cook for 30 minutes to set the sauce.
Yours look great!
Why should we roast them? Looks like you already over cooked them 😋
Jk those look pretty good 👍
They look great. Mine are on right now.
