    The marbling does look fantastic but I’d have to eat all 3 because it’s like 3/4 of a pound all together! It would be real easy to overcook these ! lol

    Australian. May be a touch gamey. Heavy seasoning takes the edge off. S&P That’s it for me. Maybe some garlic as well
