How do you guys estimate restaurant calories??? Help pls
It’s Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and spinach with crostini!

Multiple options: use a chain restaurant and find a similar dish, break down the dish and estimate a wee bit higher for restaurant food’s “yum factor” of butter and oil….ask around here or r/CalorieEstimates and just log whatever you can, enjoy life ☺️ and restart for the next meal.
This is probably about 1.2-1.4k calories for 4 oz rigatoni (400 cal), 2/3-1 cup Alfredo sauce (250-350 cal), 5-6 oz grilled chicken (180-200 cal), cherry tomatoes and spinach (20-30 cal), 2x crostini (220-250 cal)
FWIW, olive garden’s chicken Alfredo is 1570 calories so dunno 🤷 this could be an underestimate.
