For a while now I've been interested in trying new flavors and I came across these on Amazon, but I haven't tried them before, how are they? Do you recommend them?
I thought about using them to make Macarons, royal icing, cookies, etc.

Love them for frostings. Haven’t used them for macarons before though, you probably wouldn’t be able to flavor shells with them.
ETA: Would not fully recommend them for RI for the same reasons I wouldn’t for macs; they’re oil based which is usually a no for meringue based things
Love them!! I have used them to flavor frostings and the macaron shells.

I have almost every flavor of these and I love them. They’re very true to life which can be challenging with any flavoring. I also use the super strength flavors by the same brand. I have found that when added right before getting up to a stiff peak it doesn’t affect the outcome.

They are great. I have used the small vials for single batches, but they aren’t cost-effective. Just be careful with the bigger bottles and measuring the right amount, it goes a long way.

I use the red velvet emulsion for [red velvet snowflakes](https://www.createdby-diane.com/red-velvet-snowflake-cookie/#recipe) every Christmas and they turn out really good.
