

Seeing these a ton so I decided to try. Seasoned with holy voodoo and kinders onion butter. 225 until 160 it, placed in tray and wrapped until 200..yes I needed a few more degrees and more rest but I always rush these things. Taste was fantastic.. Technique needs work but I'll try this again.

How was it? As good as brisket? As tender? A chuck roast n beef stew can’t be beat
The “Smoked pot roast” recipe on traegers app is my go to everytime. Comes out falling apart. Great for tacos
