Did a rib eye and a filet reverse sear. Got the KJJ up to almost 900 degrees! I have a Primo and a Vision kamado and they don't get up to that temp. Very impressed with the KKJ.

    Looks great. You really don’t need to go that hot… steak will sear just fine when the dome is at the 400 and 500 degrees range.

    Yeah, it kinda got away from me. I probably won’t go the high again.

  4. Get yourself a rib rack. I got a kj jr and a full rack of ribs will go past the deflector. So with a rib rack you can cut them in half and fit 2 full racks in there.
