First time visiting Texas!!! First stop Austin so I figured I’d try Terry Blacks. Small platter that I picked up and brought back to the house. 2lbs of brisket and 1lb of cheddar/jalapeño sausage. The meats had a really nice smoke. The brisket melted in my mouth. Next stop San Antonio and then Houston.

Looks unreal hope you enjoyed. Wish we had smoke houses like that here in Ireland. Can get but very rare
