Stayed clear of any crazy pre made seasoning. Straight kosher salt and 16 mesh black pepper. My favorite so far!

Beef Ribs are the best thing BBQ has to offer. Nothing beats it that I’ve had. They’re sublime. And it’s very very difficult to eat more than one. They’re just too rich.
