It’s Tzatziki! That’s all!
Delicious ziki sauce in under one minute. Begin by peeling, removing the seeds, then grating one whole English cucumber. Strain the cucumber guts with a cheesecloth. Add one and 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt. One and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt. A touch of black pepper, two teaspoons of minced garlic, [Music] a little lemon zest, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Drop the guts into the yogurt. Chop 1 tbsp of dill. Then 1 tbsp of mint. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix it really well. And now you have a creamy, thick, delicious sadiki sauce ready to eat.

Looks amazing!
Where the grated cucumber go?
I never bother to peel the cucumbers. I like the contrast the colour brings.
But that's just my preference.
Looks grate π
He added the cucumber on the Greek yogurt. Somewhere in the middle of the video. I think he called it "guts"
Our GREEK Tsatziki has NO mint .
And no lemmon zest.
So whatever you produce here, don't call it Greek Tsatziki
As a Greek person, no need for lemon zest, or mint. But you do need a lot more garlic…like 1.5 tablespoons and a spoon of vinegar
Yummmmmminess!!! π π π
What!
Jummy but not tsatziki greek style. This is Syrian or Arabic style. Try them both. When using mynth i make the cucumber in very small cubes with or without the peal depending on the taste and thicknes of the shell. Best reguards from sweden
1 minute? I think not
