How To Make Chicken With Mix Peppers in Oven | Oven Roasted Chicken and Peppers ‎⁨@nishooskitchen⁩

INGREDIENTS :

1 kg chicken (boneless or with bone)

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar

1 tbsp yogurt (optional – for tenderness)

1 tsp garlic paste or pinch of garlic powder

1 tsp ginger paste or pinch of ginger powder

1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste) optional

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika (optional – for color)

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

MARINATION STEPS :

1. In a bowl, combine chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, pepper, chili flakes, Paprika.

2. Mix well so every piece is fully coated.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for deeper flavor.

BAKING INSTRUCTION :

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).

2. Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.

3. Place the marinated chicken on the tray.

4. Add sliced bell peppers on and around the chicken.

5. Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping the chicken once halfway.

6. Optional: Broil for the last 3–5 minutes for a roasted, golden top.

SERVINGS SUGGESTION :

Serve hot with rice, garlic bread, or a fresh salad.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs
