I always question how much I sell for (I don't do this full time, just on the side to my full time job). How much would you say my skill level would go for? I'm in the Metro Detroit area for reference, since I know location definitely changes price point!
Currently I charge $45 per dozen and a $5 surcharge per dozen for complex designs.

I’d charge more! You have amazing skills. You could start at $50, judge the amount of requests you’re getting for that price point, and adjust accordingly!
You are so talented! I’m an amateur cookie maker right now, but would love to be on this level one day. I know how long these types of cookies and designs take to make. It’s very time consuming. In my area, this skill level would easily sell for 65+ a dozen. Do you work with a projector?
These are fully clean and professional and you can charge whatever the market will bear. Hard for me to say what that is since I don’t live near you but you should have the full confidence of knowing you are putting out a top quality product and can charge accordingly if the customers are there. Pricing is the hardest part of doing a home business – too little and it’s not worth your time, too much and you scare off your customers with sticker shock. I wish I could be more helpful in that regard but I can assure you that this is top shelf stuff

I would def charge at least $60/dozen and only if they get 2 or more dozen. I did start offering a single dozen for $80 and only 3 designs and I do get a handful of people that order them. Gotta make it worth your time!
