I am almost more fascinated by the angle and direction of how the letters are written. Tell me the person who wrote Need is left handed and not right handed?

    Beer also has electrolytes

Microfibre cooling towels are a godsend too, but check with your inspector if its kosher in your region.

Towels in the freezer, extra corn starch (for yer balls and such), I’ve seen guys keep a spray bottle in their low boy to mist themselves nd others.

No joke: cooks arent just dehydrated, we often work with sodium and sugar deficits, which can lead to over seasoning and over sweetening food.

I like to water down Gatorade, but just adding some sugar and salt to some water will work too.

Not a cook, but work in very hot conditions. My employer buys these electrolyte freeze pops called sqwincher sqweeze. Basically frozen Gatorade pops, they hit just right when you’re hot and battling dehydration/salt deficit.

edit: ah that might be what you call freezies there

Just get some liquid IV. Expensive but 1 pack Will last a person their shift.

I’m screaming, that is the shit I miss about working in a kitchen.

    Fight the heat:
A/C, fans, water, fire (fight fire with)

I hate when we get freezies. Every year someone buys 30-50 pack of popsicles on that first 90 degree weekend. I then have to shuffle 20-40 popsicles around the freezer for months.

If you get the powdered pedialyte, you can put it in your water, monster, peeber, the sky’s the limit! Snort it to put some hair on your chest! (Please don’t.)
