Hey friends! Now yes, I know your first thought is "sodium bomb!!!" but I have low blood pressure naturally and I'm on a diuretic medication so extra sodium is welcome in my diet. I started fasting until 10am and I have this soup at that time, every day. I love it so much, I just figured I'd share. It's 180 calories. I still can have a nice filling lunch after this too.
2 Cups Reduced sodium Chicken Broth (34 calories)
Small Heaping of "Korean Noodle Soup Powder for Ramen, Spicy Taste" that I bought off amazon.
8 Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons from Trader Joe's, 130 calories
100g of Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms (also bought at Trader Joe's) 20 Calories
Green Onion (put as much as you want in)
Throw it all in a pot and bring to a boil and just let it stay there for a minute or two. Enjoy!
