Mexican currently living in Germany. I found a Latino store near me and bought tortillas and chipotle. I tried making tinga de pollo in a tomato-chipotle sauce and baked the tortillas in the oven. The last photo is from when I made meat tacos. Everything turned out great!

If you had had some refried beans, you could’ve done Tostadas de Tinga: tostada+ refried beans + tinga, a dollop of cream and some grated cheese (in that order)…my kids’ favorite!
