The main reason I go to this Mexican food place is to get their green salsa. Does anyone know how I can make it at home? It’s so watery but so flavorful. TIA

It might be boiled tomatillos, jalapeños or serranos, and cilantro. You can blend them with some of the water used to boil it to get the consistency.

I read your other replies to comments- its more watery because they added more of the water that you boil the ingredients in. Try that next time you make it.
However, many suggested just tomatillo, jalapeno and serrano….
A real tomatillo salsa recipe would be like this in ratios of 3 to 1
3- tomatillo 2- onion 1- Serrano pepper for more heat or Jalapeno for a little less. .5- Garlic Salt to taste
Quarter chop onion, leave the rest ingredients whole, toss in a little oil and pan up and roast at 425 until charred, then boil in a pot until tender. Or you can also skip the roasting step. That one you show doesn’t really look roasted. But imo roasted is better flavor.
Puree mixture in a blender and add chopped cilantro.
