This used 26” is on marketplace for $250. From what I can tell possibly an older model. Is it worth it to pull the trigger on this guy? Inside can use a cleaning but looks fine to me.

I didn’t realize how expensive the 26 is.

I love mine, it is my go to for all seasons

I bought a 22 and I wish I would’ve bought a 26 but the 26 is a little pricey but worth it. I always have to cook two rounds.

on the same boat, but do you get all the accessories with the used one??? I’ve decided to wait and match the 250 and get a new one. with the warming rack and a grey color

This model is nice. It has the exhaust vents to the side of thermometer vs. directly on the opposite side. Might be a newer model.

I got my used 26 for $200 recently and that’s about as high as I would go for the older model. Part of me wishes I saved up for a new one, at $250 you’re half way there so I would pass.

  7. I have one and would absolutely buy a used one for 250 if I had it to do over again. I’d check to see how the legs and ash clean out are.

If I could find one used for $250 I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

I HIGHLY recommend picking up the 26 over the 22. I have a 22 performer that I haven’t touched since getting the 26. I’m a family of 3 and it’s soooo nice to have the extra room. Also when I have people over I have the space. The slight amount of increased charcoal usage is totally worth it. Having a 26, I cannot, in good faith, ever recommend the 22 over the 26 in any circumstance.

  10. Wow! What a great find. Outstanding!
I don’t regret getting the 26″. After the 1st use of the 26er I wished I had gotten it sooner in life. I used to run 2 22’s and it could be a juggling act at times. Got my 26er during covid for about $360 brand spanking new from Weber. I see that they are definitely $500 now. Thinking hard about getting the Searwood. But then again I’m still pretty content with my 26er. A serious grill with a ton of simplicity and room.
