Hello guys, welcome to Mika Foods. We are making yogurt today. This method is the easiest way you can make your own Greek yogurt at home. First of all, we are not going to be cooking this on fire. Just bring out your pot or your bowl. Add in hot water. I’m using this jug as measurement and this is four cups. I also added room temperature water just the same quantity I did for the hot water. Now add in your milk. You’re going to mix this all together till it is well combined. You can as well sip this but this is totally optional. After that, bring out a little portion of this milk and add in your yogurt mint. If you don’t have this, you can use any yogurt that has an active culture. Just stir this all together and pour this into the milk. Stir this. You’re going to cover it and put this in a warm place. For this, I just left it in my oven for some hours. Depending on how sour you want it, you can leave yours overnight. And this is what it looks like. To get this to be thicker, just transfer this to your cheeseclo and leave this to strain out the way. After about 3 hours in the fridge, this is what it looks like. This consistency is okay for me, but just know this, the longer you leave it, the thicker it becomes. So, I’m just going to whip this with my hand whisk. And just like that, you have your own Greek yogurt at home. I also got some drinking yogurt. Subscribe.
