Teaching myself to like scallops. Hit em withlemon pepper and salt, seared with oil and butter. From scratch rissotto, still habemt quite perfected it but it tastes good. Trying to brerak my habit of excessive doordssh. Had to delete and ressusbmit, forgot the photo the first time
