So what if the heat index is above 100°F? No pain no gain!

I cook steaks when it’s 100 degrees. The sun helps my grill heat up and give a better sear with less fuel

I’ve been enjoying the fact that we have only been in the upper 90s here in central TX. Not that I have let something like 105 stop me from lighting the grill/pit.

I tapped out and ordered a wheel. I’m Canadian and the humidex- what we call your heat index is at 40. Which to you would be over 100 degrees.
My people aren’t made for this shit, and lighting a fire wasn’t going to help. I ate pizza with the lights off in my basement. After the sun set I crept outside, sat on my porch and sweated. Fack.

I live in Phoenix it’s been 100 since March basically. You do NOT have my sympathy.
Cheers 😉

Its a heatwave in Upstate NY. I’ve been grilling early mornings before work. Lot cooler than turning on the stove

That looks like my ideal grilled veggie assortment. Delish, I’m gonna fire that up tonight lol.

What assortment of veggies are those

I’m more likely to grill when it gets really hot, because we don’t have AC and at least by cooking outside I’m not heating up the house.
So it’s either grilling or making sandwiches/salad/other no-cooking options.
