Hey meal preppers! I made some super easy snacks with protein for this week. 💪

Snack 1: fresh strawberries and homegrown blackberries, dark chocolate hummus and a yogurt cup.

Snack 2: whey protein shake with a small apple.

    How do you keep the berries from going bad by the end of the week? Where I live you buy berries and they’re starting to mold 3 days later (yes even after washing them).
