  1. I deep fry so much shit these days that I never follow a recipe, but I brined it in buttermilk for an hour or two, then dredged in a 2:1-ish flour/cornstarch mixture that I seasoned the fuck out of. Fried twice and the sauces were just the little $1 bottles of kinder’s from walmart
