Welcome back to my kitchen! Tonight’s dinner started out as Chicken Primavera with pasta… but guess what? Change of plans—no pot for pasta, so we improvised with rice! Sometimes you just have to roll with it, and honestly, the results turned out amazing.
Here’s how it went down:
Flipped the chicken to get that perfect sear
Added fresh bell peppers, onions, and asparagus to the pan
Mixed all the veggies and let them cook until perfectly tender and flavorful
When it was time for pasta, we made a last-minute swap to rice—gotta stay flexible in the kitchen!
Cooked everything just right, combined the chicken, veggies, and rice, and BOOM—dinner is served
My kitchen hack? Covering the veggies with my “famous lid” for that perfect steam. Everything came together in just about 7-10 minutes, and the colors and flavors are awesome.
Take a look at the final dish:
Juicy chicken, sautéed veggies, fluffy rice—it all looks and tastes so good. Wish you could join me at the table!
