A local grower gave me a couple of peppers a few years ago. This year they’re producing some great looking pods but, I’m wondering if they are actually apocalypse scorpions as he suggested. Anyone else growing these?

Grew apocalypse scorpions a couple years ago and they fucking kicked my ass. Honestly I handle eating a reaper better

Those look kick ass, but they kinda look too elongated compared to the one time I grew them.

Im growing them for the first time this year, they look right to me

YES. I bought two plants from the nursery because I’d never heard of them. They were just labeled apocalypse peppers. I picked the first two peppers yesterday and tried to eat one with lunch today. It’s definitely hotter than a ghost pepper but not as hot as a reaper. I’ll be saving seeds.
