You don’t HAVE to hate food like that friend. This is some stuff my husband would do lol

Edit: y’all don’t have to down vote them like that. Let them grieve in the way that fits them best.

I admire your dedication because I would have chosen being fat instead

Brother… Invest in a crockpot and rice cooker. Chicken/beef and rice would look and taste far better than this abomination.

You know you don’t lose more weight if the food tastes bad, right?

  5. Arctic_Dreams

This meal – like this post – is a cry for help.

  6. FairCandyBear

You could at least add hot sauce or something to it lol

That much tuna is not safe (mercury levels). Also, tuna fishing is not great for the oceans. Try sardines! Less mercury, more sustainable, slightly less bland?

I hope you don’t eat this a lot. 2 cans of tuna is that max you’re supposed to have per week due to mercury.

Also, 130g of protein for one meal seems excessive. That meal is also about 660 calories. I could think of a lot better things to eat for that many calories. Like two actually good meals.

Herbs/ seasoning doesnt have calories. Ms. Dash goes a long way

Adding blended cottage cheese, some lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and allulose for sweetener would turn that tuna into tuna salad for very few extra calories and additional protein!

waiting for this to end up on 1200isjerky

  12. Pretty good if you add some rice and gochujang paste.

Bro just put some spice in there I swear to you black pepper and salt don’t have calories please please just put spice in your food

You could easily jazz that tuna up with lettuce, tomatoes, lemon, celery, onion, cilantro, and low-cal mayo. I also make small, crispy tuna patties to replace my morning sausage.

Why couldn’t you put some McCormick on some canned chicken n sauce it and eat that with broccoli + creole seasoning 😭

these textures… don’t mesh… this cannot be appetizing

  18. I’m sorry, but you’re better than this! Thank you for making me chuckle though. Now go eat something decent!😂🥰❤️

You could fix this easily by adding some spinach for the volume lol, also 2 cans of tuna should be your weekly limit to avoid any mercury poisoning not sure how you stomach that in one sitting it seems pretty unnecessary

  20. ArugulaBeginning7038

Girl we can’t keep having the mercury poisoning conversation here

You could add some mushrooms and peppers to the eggs for almost no extra calories and then eat the tuna separately with some salsa on top. Very little added calories and makes it tastier!

  22. Doing the eggs hard boiled and chopped, and tossing those together with some cracked pepper, Dijon mustard and capers would make this taste a hell of a lot better and shouldn’t change your macros.

I had a can of tuna over sliced cucumbers last night for dinner. Sometimes I’ll eat tuna over frozen peas.

    But I add sriracha!

I really thought this was r/1200isjerky

Thank you OP. This really makes me appreciate the grilled chicken and spinach salad I’m eating for dinner.
