My cheesecake base is very close to the Broma bakery perfect cheesecake recipe and I made my own blackberry sauce with in season blackberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, salt and thickened it with a cornstarch slurry. It all came out so perfectly, one of the best desserts I've made/tasted. Highly recommend straining the cheesecake filling.
