You will need:
Radish – 500 g (washed)
Garlic – 2 cloves
Red wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Sea salt – 1 tsp
Dill and parsley – 10 g each
Chili flakes – to taste
1. Cut off the ends of the radishes.
2. Lightly beat each root vegetable with a kitchen hammer.
3. Transfer the smashed radishes to a large bowl.
Add salt, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, chopped dill and parsley.
4. Stir gently so that the radishes are well soaked in the marinade.
5. Leave the salad for 10-15 minutes
