So I purchased a vertical spit to use on my kamado. I thought using the rotisserie would just be too messy. Marinated overnight and turned out fantastic except in the confusion of using spices I’ve never used before I forgot the most basic… salt.

  1. Looks amazing. Coincidentally enough, I saw this vertical spit on YouTube yesterday for the first time and was going to order it but never got around to it. I guess it’s worth the investment. Which one did you get?

    Forgetting salt isn’t the end of the world since you can add it on later. Too much salt would be horrible though. That looks delicious.
