I made the mushroom Hoagies with sweet potato fries last night, and this was one of my favorite HF meals I've ever had!
This was also one of the messiest meals I've ever had, but we were all very happy about it.
It reminded me of a cheese steak, but with mushrooms instead. Very generous with the cheese and mayo. Super satisfying and tasty.
