Those top 3 are definitely ripe, don’t be afraid to pick them now if they’re ripened – if the smaller ones are blushing, they can also be ripened indoors to avoid pests since these are close to the soil!

I’d pick the 5 red ones today. The next two orange ones if you have critters around.
