wings on the kettle. Made me some homemade sauce for the very 1st time too. Vinegar based with honey, hot sauce, garlic, pepper, and brown sugar. Cooked using the vortex at approx 400 – 450°F.. rotate lid 90° every 30 minutes.. flip Wings at 1 hour. 2 hours total and done!!!! Yes.. the flair says it all… I ATE them

You did two hours at 400-450?! That feels like too long to me, mine usually go for about 45 minutes but I’m also cooking at a much higher temp since my lid thermometer maxes out at 600.
