In the beginning stages of getting everything I need to start my cottage bakery but having some serious imposter syndrome. So I was hoping for some feedback, obviously I know you can’t taste things from a phone but I use all organic ingredients, the herbs I grow myself and homemade vanilla extract.

  1. Looks fine? Are you looking for feedback or just validation? If you want actual feedback, post your recipes and methods. If you want validation, sure, it all looks good, I’d eat it.

    Looks delicious! If it was me, I’d work on my sizing consistency especially for the biscuits and scones.

    Looks great! I would make sure your bagels have bigger holes and that your biscuits are the same size and shape. Other than that, I wouldn’t know what to tell you unless you sent me some!

    I would strongly recommend against homemade vanilla there is no way you can replicate the process at home and produce the same concentration as one made for stores. Check out Nielsen Massey. People will love your baked goods! Homegrown herbs?? All organic?? 10/10 (I’m not trying to be mean I hope it doesn’t come off like that)
