6 mustard sauce, 4 buffalo, 2 just the dry rub. They were cooked, then sauced, and put back on for about 5 minutes. Next time I'll sauce then a couple of times. They turned out great though.

They were also put over direct heat for a little more char/crispiness.

  1. those look on point. how did you do your buffalo? I keep trying different ways and haven’t found the ‘right’ way yet. Franks, cornstarch and butter is not doing it.
