    Haven’t done it in a while but a gargonzola cream sauce on linguini beside some skirt steak is awesome.

    This is an interesting combo I’ve never thought of but must try… assuming hibachi doesn’t count

    I do it occasionally but I personally think each element (pasta and steak) deserves to be the main course, so they kind of steal the spotlight from each other

    In my experience only lessen cuts get served with noodles – like Hungarian ghoulash. In Italy they are (typically) served as separate courses.
