Creamy Tuscan Chicken (One Pan, 30 Minutes!)
Ingredients:
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 4 cups fresh baby spinach
* 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Season the Chicken:Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the Chicken:Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce Base:In the same skillet, sauté the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for about 1 minute, just until fragrant.
4. Add Cream and Seasoning:Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Italian seasoning. Scrape up any bits stuck to the pan for extra flavor. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.
5. Add the Greens and Cheese:Stir in the spinach and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the spinach wilts and the cheese melts into the sauce.
6. Bring It All Together:Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it well in the creamy sauce. Let it warm through for a minute or two.
Serving Suggestion:Delicious served over pasta, mashed potatoes, or a bed of rice.

  3. This right here proves that you can eat a fantastic meal at home on the cheap. If you ordered 4 dishes like this at an Italian restaurant it would be $100 easy. This probably cost $15 to make.

  4. Needs peppers and onions… Possibly porta bella mushrooms too. Garlic powder ,onion powder and paprika are a must.

  5. Looks delicious! ❤❤❤❤ I make a very similar recipe but once the chicken is cooked I just leave the chicken in the pan to marinate and add each ingredient on top. I also add Italian seasoning. It all simmers together.

  6. This is a very good recipe. I’ve had it twice, but the second time I sliced the chicken and put it over noodles and it was better.
