    I kind of winged the recipe but for the ice cream base it was more or less:

    1.5 cups whole milk

    1.5 cups heavy cream

    0.5 cup brown sugar + extra drizzle molasses

    1/3 cup honey, simmered until it got dark

    4 egg yolks

    Vanilla, cinnamon, teeny bit cardamom

    And then added in the caramelized plums (which I just cooked on the stove in butter and sugar) and more honey post churn!
