First time doing it, about 2.5 hours in. Have pointers? I have eyes wide open.

It’s the only way I do meatloaf anymore! I generally put it in a really cheap dollar store foil pan and poke a few holes in the bottom, just makes it much easier to get out and went first putting it on the grill. I set mine on high smoke at about 250 and just use the temperature probes to pull it when it’s around 175, 180 internal. The glaze I use ketchup mixed with Heinz 57. I brush it on after the first hour then a few times more before putting it on sicker for the finish.
