    1 thick slice whole wheat toast
    1 cup kale
    1 large poached egg
    1/2 cup broccolini
    2 oz asparagus
    2 oz feta cheese
    2 tblsp dukkah

    The vegetables may be an overestimate, but they are low in cals and protein anyway.

    total is 487 cals and 28.5 grams protein
