I tried making honey oat. I was not disappointed.

I haven’t baked in a while. I was gifted a new KitchenAid mixer (the biggest gift ever I’ve received and I’m still flabbergasted). I’ve made plenty of bread before, but never anything this wet or rich unless it’s no-knead. This might be staying in the rotation.
