Lobster season 2025 official over so I cooked 200 lobster for the crew to celebrate. (forgot to get a picture of it all done)

    My ex Head Chefs father was a lobster fisherman and he did it almost year round, had no problem going out to the deep waters. It was always a good time when he’d stop in the restaurant and tell stories.
